Terms and Conditions

• A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your wedding videography. This will be deducted from the cost of your wedding day.

• The balance for your wedding videography is payable no later than the day before your wedding day. Failure to do so will result in immediate cancellation of your wedding day experience.

• No date will be booked until we have received the initial payment as well as your signed contract.

• No changes of venue will be made on the day of the wedding day shoot.

• As a wedding is booked well in advance, a 3 days notice is required on all cancellations, otherwise the full price of the wedding videography will be charged. Booking fees are non-refundable, however, if you have cancelled within the required time period we will gladly reschedule your wedding day videography for a $50 fee. Any cancellations due to weather will not result in a fee.

• Any damages to property will be charged for at the replacement value.

• Locations outside of 30 miles from Kansas City will be charged according to the AMAP rates per miles when traveling to your home or venue.

• Tollgate and admission fees may apply.
